• Your name, email address, profile image, and account details when you sign in with Google.
• Letters, titles, recipient names and email addresses, paper styles, and delivery instructions.
• Scheduled delivery dates and times, sending status, and related message identifiers.
• Basic technical and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your account and display your Everthen workspace.
• Save, schedule, send, archive, and display your letters.
• Deliver letters to the recipients you choose and provide delivery status.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information or use the contents of your letters for advertising.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to provide Everthen. This includes the recipient you ask us to send a letter to and service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, and email delivery, such as Google, Supabase, Netlify, and Resend. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction where appropriate safeguards apply.

Storage and retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill scheduled deliveries, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect access to your account and contact us if you believe it has been compromised.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

Children’s privacy

Everthen is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

International processing

Everthen and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Everthen changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required.
